Definition | A semi-automated titration system used to measure the concentration of dissolved oxygen in water samples, where the instrument manufacturer and model is not known. Oxygen titration systems usually consist of a burette and chemical resevoir and are often based on the Winkler titration method. They can use either potentiometric, amperometric or photometric end point detection. |
