| Definition | A BODC binary encoding that packs Munsell hue, value and chroma into a 32-bit integer. The first bit (0) is set to zero unless all 32 bits are set to 1 to signify absent data. The next 7 bits describe 10 * the sub-step of the Hue, ranging from 0.0 to 10.0. The next 4 bits describe Hue as the index of the menomic in the array {"R","RP","P","PB","B","BG","G","GY","Y","YR"}. The next 10 bits describe 10 * the Value, ranging from 0.0 to 10.0. The final 10 bits describe 10 * the Chroma value, ranging from 0.0 to 102.3. | ||
