| Definition | A spectrophotometer designed for education, basic QC, and life science applications. The GENESYS 30 Vi features a Tungsten-Halogen lamp (> 1000 hours typical service life), a single beam optical design, and a silicon photodiode detector. The instrument operates at a wavelength range of 325 - 1100 nm (+/- 2 nm accuracy) with an automatic scan speed (up to 1200 nm/min) and a 1 nm resolution. The photometric range spans -3 A to 3 A with an accuracy of +/- 0.002 A (at a 0 - 0.3 A photometric range) or 0.5% of ABS reading (at a 0.301 A - 2.5 A photometric range) and a < 0.002 A/Hr drift. The 5 inch, waterproof screen has a 32 bit colour display and a 800 x 480 pixel resolution and the 23-key rubber keypad ensures a water-tight design. A number of accessories are available for the GENESYS 30 Vi, including: various test tube holders and caps, cell holders, and a thermal printer. A number of line cord options are also available for the instrument, including: US, UK, Europlug, and India. | ||
