Definition | An optical microscope with clinical laboratory applications, in particular cytology, haematology, and pathology. The DM1000 LED is certified for in-vitro-diagnostics like in-vitro-fertilisation and is suitable for fluorescence analysis. The 4 W LED bulb has a long product life of approximately 100,000 hours assuming six hours of use per day, with a service life of 50 years. The LED bulb provides near daylight, bright illumination, with constant colour temperature and less heat emission. The microscope features a five-fold objective turret, and two-gear focusing knobs, for coarse, fine, and focus stop. It is compatible with the Leica MC170 and 190 HD cameras for snapshots of target samples, and the Leica Hi Plan or N Plan objectives, for 4, 5, 10, 40, and 100 x magnification. | ||
