It also makes use of open source software. It features a high definition (1080p, 30fps) wide-angle, low-light camera mounted to a tilt mechanism, and can be configured with 2 or 4 Lumen lights, providing up to 6000 lumens to illuminate the ocean depths. BlueROV2 is depth-rated to 100m, and can use 6 or 8 patented T200 thrusters providing a high thrust-to-weight ratio.
