| Definition | A miniature version of the Environmental Characterisation Optics (ECO) sensors built for OEM applications, with the design specifically targeted at AUVs, gliders and profiling floats. The triplet version carries a fluorometer plus two other sensors that may be additional fluorometers, single-wavelength scattering meters (BB) or a volume scattering function meter (VSF). The fluorometers are single wavelength sensors that can be configured for chlorophyll-a, CDOM, phycocyanin, phycoerythrin, fluorescein or rhodamine. BB measures optical scattering at 117 degrees at 470, 532 or 650 nm wavelengths. VSF measures optical scattering at 100, 125 and 150 degrees.
